Brief
We designed both a TA System and integrated it into the Payroll system. We also provided them with the Syspro ERP solution for their daily business activities.
The Time Attendance System is designed in a way that it captures employees’ information by use of biometric technology. The information is sent to the staff’s file which is integrated with the payroll system and calculates their salaries automatically.
The payroll system has the ability to make all the necessary deductions ie PAYE, NHIF & NSSF producing a detailed payslip which is shared to the employee via their email address at the end of the month.
